several years ago, i used to live for uploading my drawings on deviantart... but i haven't done anything new in awhile. the last picture i uploaded, was on February 2nd, 2007... the day i left home and went backpacking for a year.

i've since returned home, but my goals and dreams had changed somewhat during my trip and i rediscovered my passion for languages. i'm currently learning 3 languages (thai, korean & japanese)... when i came home at the age of 23, i applied at a few universities and i'm now doing a Bachelor of Arts (double-majoring in Korean & minoring in Japanese), and i've just applied for study overseas next year.

none of this has to do with my former life of drawing every available moment, every day... but i do at times find myself missing that outlet, but these days i am usually busy chasing myself around between uni and work.

lately, i've been making small steps at making time again for this hobby...

... that being said, i have become completely unfamiliar with the way deviantart works... i now feel ridiculously old.
